How long does my order take to ship?

Since we are a home-based small business branching out on the internet nationwide, we would like to be as honest as we can to forecast our expectations. We do not yet have the experience or the data to currently provide an exact time frame from order to shipment of an item. However, here’s what we can provide. All of our products are handmade and customizable, and it can take up to a week to create just one of them. We hope to have more data in the coming weeks and months.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not at this time. We currently offer shipping to the lower 48 continental states.

What is your return policy? 

For products that have customizations included, we will contact you with proof images to get approval before final assembly and shipment. We don’t currently have a return policy in place, but in the event a damaged item is received in shipping, we will work with you to make it right.
